Sippin’ on the Answers to your Questions

Why are you partial to being considered a café?

Well, we’re brew-dly honest—being called a café just feels right.

To us, a café isn’t just a place to grab a drink. It’s where community happens. Where conversations brew, creativity flows, and curated playlists meet hand-crafted sips.

We love the informality of it. The way a café invites you to stay a while, be yourself, and connect—whether that’s over a cup of something warm or a shared idea.

Sure, we serve great coffee and matcha, but more than that, we serve a vibe. And that vibe? It’s unapologetically café.

What are Slow Days?

In short, Slow Days are two special days a week where we serve single origin coffees in a more intentional, limited-access format. But truly—it’s more than that.

QUITE LITERALLY, SERVICE IS SLOW.

Yes, even slower than the Partial usual. We’re talking pour overs instead of batch brew. A little extra time. A little extra care. A "yeahhh, I'm gonna need a minute" kind of rhythm.

What can I expect on a Slow Day?

Not everything, just enough:

– One rotating single origin coffee for all espresso drinks

Pour overs only (no batch brew!)

– Weekly rotating coffees from a variety of roasters and origins

15% off any retail bag of Slow Day coffees when you buy a drink

Come slow down with us. It’s kind of our thing.
